Choosing Your Student Teaching/Internship Sites

Which Campus When you complete your student teaching and/or internship, you will be assigned to one of two centers based on the district where your placed school is located: Lawrence Campus or Edwards Campus.

Kansas City area (Blue Valley, Bonner Springs, Gardner-Edgerton, Kansas City KS, Olathe, Piper, Shawnee Mission, Spring Hill, or Turner) must enroll in Edwards Campus line numbers for their courses.

Lawrence area (Baldwin, Basehor, DeSoto, Eudora, Grantville, McLouth, Oskaloosa, Perry, Tonganoxie, Topeka) must enroll in Lawrence Campus line numbers.

The fees at the two campuses differ. Please visit the Registrar's Office web page for more information about this.
